The breakfast buffet was fantastic! I particularly enjoyed the home-made pies and jams, especially the sweet cherry pie that was a real treat. The hotel's location was perfect, just a quick walk to some great restaurants like Enoteca San Michele and Belgai. Plus, the staff was really eager to help and made me feel at home.

While my room was clean and spacious, I did find some cleanliness issues that need addressing like marks on the bathroom walls and a non-functional TV. Just wish the essentials had been better stocked.

Impressive customer service made my stay worth it.

The check-in process was a nightmare. The front desk staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, especially when I needed assistance with my reservation. Additionally, the room wasn’t completely clean upon arrival, and I encountered a broken lamp that went unaddressed despite notifying the staff. I also felt a lack of follow-up regarding issues, leaving me frustrated throughout my stay.

What’s great and what’s not

Welcoming hosts and a clean, modern room with excellent amenities made my stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread was decent and served in a pleasant dining space.

Had a fantastic time with friends at this hotel! We loved how close it was to all the key attractions, making it easy to explore places like the Town Hall and Cathedral Square. The staff were super helpful, and we appreciated the quick check-in. Breakfast had a good variety, keeping us loaded up for our adventures.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi. It required connecting to the TV each time, which was a bit annoying when we just wanted to get online quickly.
